On a tour aimed at strengthening global solidarity with the Palestinian cause and supporting the people of Gaza in the face of the massacres committed by the usurping entity, a delegation of Ambassadors of Return, MP Mandla Mandela, grandson of the late leader Nelson Mandela, and Aleida Guevara, daughter of the international revolutionary Che Guevara and the Lebanese vocalist Moin Sharif, visits the Republic of Chile.
The Ambassadors of Return initiated their visit to Chile with an academic meeting that brought together the Deans and students of the Chilean Christian Humanist University and a number of local ministers, in the presence of representatives of the countries of Palestine, Syria, South Africa, Iran, Brazil, Cuba and Mexico.
The meeting began with a minute of silence for the souls of the martyrs of Palestine, followed by an opening speech by a member of the Global Campaign to Return to Palestine in Chile, Nicola Hudwa, in which he introduced the Ambassadors of Return to Palestine and the objectives of the visit.
After the university dean welcomed the return ambassadors, MP Mandla Mandela and Aleida Guevara gave speeches to the crowd, which were warmly welcomed by the audience.
The ceremony concluded with a patriotic song dedicated to Al-Quds, performed by the Ambassador of Return, the Lebanese vocalist Moeen Shraif.
Laurel branches were also distributed to the ambassadors and the participants as a symbol of the peace that everyone hoped would soon prevail in the land of Palestine.
