The Global Campaign to Return to Palestine submits an indictment against the usurping entity to the International Criminal Court.

In solidarity with the Palestinian people in the face of the brutal genocide launched by the usurping entity on the Gaza Strip and the rest of the Palestinian cities.

On Thursday, November 23, 2023, the Global Campaign to Return to Palestine organized an event in support of the Palestinian cause, during which a delegation of members of GCRP in Europe, headed by the Ambassador of Return, Member of the European Parliament “Mr. Manuel Peneda,” submitted an indictment against the crimes of the usurping entity to the International Criminal Court in Hague, in cooperation with the international lawyer, Rania Amadi.

The Criminal Court is specialized in examining war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity, and this step forms part of the movements organized by the global campaign to return to Palestine, which includes filing legal cases with international and local judicial bodies in many countries.

The global campaign to return to Palestine spares no effort to support the Palestinian people and show solidarity with them, whether through the global solidarity conferences it holds annually and periodically, or through mobilizing global solidarity efforts for the sake of the Palestinians.
