More than 50 tents were held around the world under the title of the ‘Global Campaign to Return to Palestine’ to support the Palestinians’ case and refuse the transfer of the US Embassy to the occupied city of Al-Quds (Jerusalem).

The High Commission of Return Marches and Breaking the Siege and the Global Campaign to Return to Palestine (non-governmental organizations) announced this in the Gaza Strip on Monday.

The announcement was made at the opening ceremony of the Central Tent organized by the Commission and the Campaign on the eastern border of the Gaza Strip.

“As we open the central tent to underline the right of return, 50 similar tents are being opened around the world to support the Palestinian cause,” Ismail Radwan, a leader in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said in a speech at the opening.

“These tents aim to emphasize that the free people of the world stand by the side of our Palestinian cause, and that we are not alone in the trench,”he added.

He stressed that “the march of return will continue and will not stop despite the difficulties, the wounds and the destruction that have hit the Palestinians.”
