It emphasizes that this bloody campaign was not random but carried out under a deliberate policy, with explicit statements by leaders of the usurping entity revealing a clear intent to destroy the Palestinian people in whole or in part.

It calls on all countries to halt arms exports to the usurping entity and to prosecute those involved before international courts.

Commission Chair Navi Pillay warned that every day of inaction costs more lives and undermines the credibility of the international community, affirming that silence in the face of such crimes amounts to complicity. She stressed that all states are legally obligated to use every means available to stop the genocide in Gaza.
