On the eleventh anniversary of the founding of the Global Campaign to Return to Palestine, which falls on November 29, 2024, the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, we look forward to more cooperation and coordination in serving the just cause of the Palestinian people, who are being subjected to a war of extermination that has led to the martyrdom of more than 44,000 Palestinians in one year, which is the largest number of Palestinian martyrs during a Zionist aggression since 1948.

Al-Aqsa flood has caused an earthquake in the global stagnation that surrounded the Palestinian cause. Despite the Zionist aggression that caused irreparable human losses, massive destruction of homes and civil institutions, the elimination of the foundations of life in Gaza, and the displacement of about two million people, the Palestinians’ adherence to their rights despite the sacrifices, and their high positive spirit despite the pain, has led to the return of the Palestinian cause to the forefront of the global scene in an unprecedented manner, and has placed the international solidarity movement and civil society institutions before great responsibilities, challenges, and important opportunities. Hence, we must cooperate with more organized and focused work, in order to achieve justice for the Palestinian people and enable them to regain their legitimate rights. The Global Campaign to Return to Palestine, on the eleventh anniversary of its founding, places a number of issues at the forefront of its agenda, where it calls on its members and esteemed friends to cooperate together to achieve them:

1- Contributing to the development of international solidarity activities with Palestine: which have witnessed a significant qualitative and quantitative expansion, and have attracted important social segments such as the student movement; which requires directing more efforts towards universities and youth organizations. Solidarity activities also face many obstacles, such as bans in some countries, including European countries, which imposes attention to legal work to confirm the legitimacy of peaceful solidarity with Palestine

2- Confronting the social media ban: Find new ways to confront the increasing presence of Palestinian content on websites and social media platforms, and the suspicious cooperation between global technology companies and the Zionist entity.

3- Prosecuting the Zionist entity: in international and national courts. We have witnessed the

issuance of arrest warrants by the International Criminal Court against some Zionist officials,

which is an important procedure despite the obstacles that hinder its implementation. The

International Court of Justice is still stagnating in its first steps to prosecute war criminals who

continue to commit crimes of genocide against the Palestinian people.

We here stress the importance of documenting Zionist crimes in Palestine and Lebanon,

identifying perpetrators of war crimes through their publications, and recording the testimonies of Palestinian victims, which is carried out by many activists and human rights organizations, due to its great importance in achieving fair trials.

4- Supporting boycott movements: in all countries, confronting attempts to criminalize the boycott, and exposing companies and governments that contribute to providing weapons and machines used in crimes against the Palestinian people.

5- Supporting reconstruction projects: away from political exploitation, and in a way that enables the Palestinian people to restore what was destroyed by the Zionist aggression, without giving up any of their legitimate rights.

Dear Friends of Palestine,

Your great efforts in promoting the facts of the Palestinian cause at the international level, and the various types of solidarity activities that you continuously carry out to expose Zionist terrorism and support the Palestinian struggle, constitute a qualitative addition to the just struggle of the Palestinian people for their freedom. The Global Campaign to Return to Palestine confirms the continuation of cooperation with you so that we remain partners in serving our just cause and achieving the return.
