Exhibition “Gaza: Will and Victory”, in solidarity with the Palestinian People.

The works of the group art exhibition entitled “Gaza, Will and Victory” embodied scenes from the heritage and struggle of the Palestinian people, and the beauty of the land of Palestine and its ancient civilization.
The Union of Palestinian Visual Artists held this exhibition in cooperation with the Damascus Culture Directorate at the Cultural Center in Barzeh. The exhibition included 27 artistic works in various artistic styles and techniques, whose topics included stages of struggle in the Palestinian cause, embodying the heroics of the resistance in Al-Aqsa Flood Operation, in addition to the Zionist aggression and massacres against the Palestinians on the steadfast land of Gaza.
Director of the Cultural Center in Barzeh, Lubna Haddad, said in a statement to SANA’s correspondent: “The Palestinian issue is our duty, stemming from our patriotic and national principles, and we are trying to present what befits the steadfastness and sacrifices of our people in Palestine through our cultural work to tell them that we are with them and we support their resistance.”
Emphasizing that “the Palestinian people have a right and will not surrender in the face of the Zionist killing and terror machine, and the Palestinian resistance must prevail in the end.”
The Palestinian visual artist Moataz Al-Omari participated. A work that manifests the aggression against Gaza through Palestinian women and the steadfastness of our people. The painting is bounded by the red color that expresses the blood flowing in Gaza.
In turn, the Palestinian visual artist Ali Jarwan presented a painting in which he simulates the state of displacement the people of Gaza are exposed to, while drawing tents that express the state of misery that the Palestinian people live in the camps under the continuous aggression and harsh living conditions.
