Despite the visit of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Mr. Karim Khan, to Palestine, and his arrival in the areas surrounding Gaza from which “Israeli” ground attacks and missiles are launched to destroy and kill the children of Gaza and its besieged people, and despite the fact that the visit lasted for four days; However, the Public Prosecutor did not find even a little time to enter Gaza and examine the effects of the comprehensive genocide and brutal massacres committed by the Zionist aggression over a period of nearly two months.
In exchange for his fast condemnation of legitimate acts of resistance, Mr. Karim Khan, in an attempt to appear objective, contented himself with shy reference to the surgical operations performed by Palestinian doctors without the use of anesthesia equipment, as if they were the only crime committed by the usurping entity.
The participants in the Fifth Global Convention of Solidarity with Palestine, held in South Africa on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, and the tenth anniversary of the passing on of the leader Nelson Mandela, express their anger at this bias practiced by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court towards the usurping Zionist entity, and remind him of his duties towards the legal cases placed on his desk, which could convict the usurping entity of all kinds of war crimes, that the International Criminal Court was established in order to track down and prosecute the criminals who committed them, most notably the current leaders of the Zionist entity.
The participants, from about fifty countries, also noted the threat to the credibility of the International Criminal Court, as a result of the irresponsible actions and statements, and even complicity with the Zionist narrative launched by the Prosecutor General. They expressed their solidarity with the Palestinian people in confronting the Zionist war of extermination, and their appreciation for the great sacrifices that the Palestinians are making in order to liberate their entire land, which they believe will surely be victorious.
