Marking the twelfth anniversary of its establishment—coinciding with the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People—the Global Campaign to Return to Palestine reaffirmed its commitment to advancing global grassroots action in support of Palestine and enhancing the presence of the Palestinian cause in international arenas, despite the ongoing policies of the usurping entity, including blockade, displacement, and the destruction of infrastructure in the occupied Palestinian territories.

In its statement, the Campaign noted that the past years have constituted a pivotal period in reinforcing the global standing of the Palestinian cause, particularly following the developments that ensued after the “Al-Aqsa Flood,” which once again highlighted the resilience of the Palestinian people and the strength of popular support worldwide.

It underscored that the international solidarity movement has succeeded in breaking through barriers of silence and marginalization, establishing the Palestinian cause as a central issue on the global agenda.

The Campaign added that, as an independent civil network comprising organizations and activists from various countries, it works to coordinate efforts and strengthen joint action in defense of Palestinian rights.

In this context, it revealed the key pillars of its work for the coming year, which include: enhancing high-impact solidarity initiatives; safeguarding the legal legitimacy of solidarity work; expanding digital campaigns; pursuing legal action against the usurping entity at national and international levels; and documenting the Palestinian narrative while producing cultural content that preserves collective memory.

The Campaign called on its members and friends worldwide to take part in shaping and implementing the 2026 action programs, affirming that the strength of the solidarity movement derives from the dedication and initiatives of activists in their respective countries, and that every act of solidarity constitutes a new building block on the path to freedom and justice for the Palestinian people.
