Friends of the Global Campaign to Return to Palestine in South Africa filed an indictment in the competent courts in their country to prosecute a number of South African citizens who are fighting in the Zionist army, which is being accused of committing crimes against humanity and genocide.
This important move comes in implementation of the recommendations of the Legal Committee of the Fifth Global Convention of Solidarity with Palestine, that was held in Johannesburg, early December of this year.
Which witnessed a presentation of several practical projects, presented by members of the Global Campaign to Return to Palestine, including the legal prosecution of mercenaries who fight with the Zionist army.
