The International Court of Justice Orders the Usurping Entity to Take the Necessary Measures to Avoid Killing and Destruction in Gaza
The International Court of Justice in The Hague issued its decision today, Friday, in the lawsuit filed by South Africa against the usurping entity on charges of committing genocide in the Gaza Strip during its ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip. The court obligated the usurping entity to take measures to prevent killing and destruction in Gaza.
This decision was not up to the aspirations of defenders of justice in the world, especially considering the major and clear war crimes referred to by South Africa, which the whole world has been following through the media, and which proves the usurping entity responsibility for systematic destruction of schools, hospitals, houses and infrastructure, in addition to the killing, displacement, starvation of Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
Despite this, the decision is considered a condemnation of Israel by putting it in the dock for the first time in history. It is also considered a moral victory for the Palestinian people and their right to freedom and dignity. Advocates of justice must continue their efforts until full justice is achieved in Palestine.
