The Global Campaign to Return to Palestine, represented by the Ambassador of Return, head of European Delegation of Relations with Palestine, member of European Parliament “Manuel Pineda” alongside legal expert and international law advisor “Mrs. Rania Madi”; held a second session with officials in the prosecutor’s office for Palestinian affairs in the International Criminal Court in the Hague, Netherlands.

Manu Pineda provided the prosecutor’s office documents containing more evidence on International law and human rights violations committed by the Usurping Entity against our People in Gaza and other Palestinian cities, especially after October 7th of 2023.

Documents presented before the Court’s officials included evidence on the systematic destruction of the health system in the Gaza Strip and the instrumented targeting of paramedics and medical personnel.


Meanwhile; Mrs. Madi presented a legal description of the humanitarian situation, discussing the violations of multiple international treaties, and raising allegations against officials of the Zionist Entity responsible of the genocide in Gaza particularly those “who want to kill as many Palestinians as possible or to expel them from the Gaza Strip in order to annex it to their Zionist supremacist project” as Mr. Pineda expressed after his meetings in the Hague on April 16th 2024.


It is worthy to mention that when a State becomes a party to the Rome Statute, it agrees to submit itself to the jurisdiction of the ICC with respect to the crimes listed in the Statute. The Court may exercise its jurisdiction in situations where the alleged perpetrator is a national of a State Party or where the crime was committed in the territory of a State Party.
