As the genocide perpetrated by the occupying entity in Gaza continues, the voice of Dr. Munir Al-Borash emerges as a cry reflecting the tragic reality experienced by innocent people.Hospitals in the region are on the verge of collapse due to the ongoing siege and relentless assaults.

The General Director of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, Dr. Munir Al-Borash, has urged Arab nations to send shrouds for the martyrs to hospitals in Northern Gaza, confirming that the previously sent shrouds have run out.

Al-Borash stated, “Doctors and patients find neither bread nor water in hospitals in Northern Gaza. Instead of receiving treatment, patients are dying and being buried inside these hospitals, turning them into mass graves.”

He added, “The occupying army has killed over a thousand medical personnel and arrested 310 in Gaza, emphasizing that the occupation is besieging hospitals in Northern Gaza and preventing the Red Cross and World Health Organization from delivering medicines, fuel, food, and water for the 19days in a row.

Al-Borash affirmed that international law prohibits targeting hospitals, yet the occupying army has made them a primary target in its plan to displace the population from the northern region.

The United Nations has stated that “the recent attacks on hospitals in Northern Gaza are exacerbating the humanitarian crisis and placing the lives of thousands at severe risk,”Pointing to the need to prioritize access to medical care and supplies to prevent further loss of life in Gaza.

This brutal policy of targeting and destroying healthcare facilities and hospitals is a crime against humanity and a blow to the morale of innocent civilians, disregarding all international laws and conventions, including the GenevaConventions and their Additional Protocols, which stipulate the protection of patients, the wounded, and medical personnel, and which must not be targeted under any reason.
